Hi,

What will be the license model to integrate Social Listening with MSCMR onpremise?

Thank you for Quick Reply Ian , sorry for dumb questions, so if I am understanding correctly .. I just need to purchase MSE professional License and I will get a MSE link where I can configure the required rules and also on my on-premise version I need to configure the social listening settings. I don't need Azure license. To purchase MSE license I need to have a office 365 account subscription as MSE is a cloud based product.

You'd need to buy at least one Social Engagement professional license and then any additional post quota you require. If you want users to access Social Engagement and create cases etc. from social posts then each user will need a license.
