    Hi Leah,

I have tired this approach: There is an OOB 1:N relationship, between case and case resolution tables, case resolution is child for the case, one case can have many related case resolutions.

But have 1 more issue now, once case is resolved i want run an report case and case resolution tables fields to explore to customer

    Hi Partner,

If so, you can create custom fields in the case table, then you can use power automate to populate them with value from case resolution table automatically.

Please refer to the following steps:

1.Create fields in case table and add them to case form.

--using same type and format to create custom fields.

2.Go to power automate to create one automated flow:

    3.Trigger:

    4.Update a row

--Select case table, and populate case id with value from last step.

--click 'show advanced options' to find fields you just created, then select correct value from last step:

RE: Display Case Resolution Table Fields onto Cases Table form after resolving Case

    Hello Leah,

Yes, i have tired this approach and after demo to our end clients want to see below listed Case Resolution table fields in section as fields instead of subgrid list on Case Table -> Main Form

    1) Resolution Type

    2) Resolution

    3) Resolution Date

    4) Billing Time

Is there any approach to bring above listed Case Resolution table fields into Case Table -> Main Form?

    Cheers,

    CCDev

    Hi Partner,

There is an OOB 1:N relationship, between case and case resolution tables, case resolution is child for the case, one case can have many related case resolutions.

If you want to view columns of case resolution tables on the case form, you need use sub-grid to achieve it:

    1) Add su-bgrid component on the case form:

2)Edit the default view to add columns you need:

    3)Save and Publish all customization.

    4)Test:
