Hi,

Can I know which application is the best choice to manage the finances? according to these standards:

Having 3 versions: "Android" and "Desktop" and "Web app"
Having powerful support community
Having powerful tools to fully manage finances
Being stable

Note: I prefer Microsoft's product, if possible. if not, so appreciated if you introduce what else (the best one) you know.

Try the Gulf email address right about that. You should be able to get a response from them.
