Offline Profile Issue - Note Table

Hi.

We have an issue where thousands of Inspection Attachments are syncing to the FS app, which we run in offline mode.  This is GB’s of data and mostly due to the photos taken by engineers.  All photos are syncing to all engineers phones based on the current offline profile configuration.

 

We believe this is due to the filtering on the Note table within the offline profile.  We want to setup the note filter to just sync photos (attachments) which are relevant to the work order and booking of the engineer.  This should reduce the number of attachments (photos) which are syncing to the phones. 

 

We’ve tried various different filters on the note table.  Either we get no photos at all or too many.  How do we setup the filtering to allow for photos synced to the phone which are only relevant to the engineers Work Order and\or booking?

    Update:  We believe we have fixed the missing photos by adding filters to the note table (regarding inspection attachment, WO Service task and Bookable Resource), however, we have discovered an issue which may be related.  When an engineer fills out service task questions and takes photos they save the responses and this syncs back to Field Service.  

    If they go back to the completed questions on their FS app they are all blank.  When we check the service tasks in field service the answered questions are still displayed but shortly afterwards they disappear.  I assume because whatever has happened on the phone to blank the questions has then synced across?  We still seem to have issues with the offline profile?
