How to remove column from Lookup view

Hi all,

when adding skill to employee there's this lookup for Level (see attached image).

Am I able to hide fields from that view? We would like to hide the first column "Level", is this possible?

    Hi Juhu,

    typically you would personalization to adjust the fields (as highlighted above).

    However the level is quite key on the process and can't be hidden.

    You can see that the level is part of the form, and showing as a 1 field together with the selected field.
