Embedded form not visible?

Hi all,
 
I try to add a form via the embedded script "I want to host it as a script" on an external website. 
Via the tab Insights I see that the script has been triggered as I see visits, but I don't see the form on my page. It remains invisible :(

Has anyone an idea how to resolve this?
