Task bar or ribbons are disappearing for Case and Email entities and only for few users. Also, when users clear cache and login again for sometime it works just fine

Hi,
It could be related to some custom script failing/ erroring which is causing the buttons to not load properly. Check developer console (F12) for any JS errors. If possible, identify custom button/ script and disable to confirm if it is related to that.
Also, try to find if it is happing after certain specific action.

Do you have any client side validation to hide buttons based on the user roles? if it's happening for specific users there may be some script which is causing this issue, trace behavior for these users, check if there is any client scripts try to disable and see if it's making any difference if yes, check that script.
