Hi - we are considering buying the 365 talent platform for our organization and have a few questions about the functionality for capturing and tracking employee skills and qualifications. Questions are:
- Are you able to link an expiry date to a skill (or only a certification)?
- Is it possible to automate reminders (e.g email) when a certification or skill is close to expiring?
- Is it possible to customize the work flow so that when an employee enters a skill or certification that the verifier is automatically altered to verify the skills/qual? Also is it possible multiple verifiers in the system who are assigned to verify specific skills or qualifications?
