Deleting application ribbon dependencies

Hi all,

I am trying to delete a solution from our Dynamics 365 system but I am blocked by a dependency and can't figure out how to delete the dependency or its components.

These are the dependencies:

I figured out via the Ribbon Workbench that there is a button which looks like that:

But i can do what I want with this button. The dependencies in CRM are not gone.

I tried to edit the customization.xml manually too but its the same problem.

I hope someone experienced something similar and can help me. If further information is needed, feel free to ask.

Greetings

Hi Miguel, thank you for the quick response.

There is just one solution in the solution layers but unfortunately it is a managed solution.

Could you recommend a Best Practice for this case?

    Thank you in advance

    hi Feherken,

Can you click on solution layers?

How many solutions you have there? I believe for each solution, you will need to clear the ribbon. So if you have solution A, you will need to import an upgrade without that "png"
