Is it possible to create a user profile from an individual user's personalisations?

We have a number of Profiles (Roles), however we also have the situation where an individual has done their own personalisation work. 
 
Is it possible to save the user's personalisations as a new profile, instead of creating a new profile and asking the user to repeat their personalisation against the new profile?

    I would tell you that it is not possible. Personalizing pages - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
    You could customize a page for profiles. But let's hope that other specialists can provide their opinions.

    As far as I know it's not something possible out of the box.
