Is there a limit to send emails per day?

or some recommended limit of mailings per day?

    Your email quota is equal to ten times your marketing contacts quota.

    Hi,

    For general email activities Office 365 has a limitation of being able to send to 10,000 recipients per day. A single email can be addressed to as many as 500 recipients.
