Is there a video tutorial that walks a new user through the set up processes for Social Engagement? From start to finish, touching on the basic configurations and set up of each area? Or a series of them. Not the little 3 minute "announcement" videos or "Look What's New" videos, but a real tutorial?

Specifically for setting up Social Engagement. I guess what I need is to see what the capabilities are so I will know what I want the system to do. I have been working with narrowing my targeting so that I get the most relevant responses possible; it's a work in progress. One of the most frustrating things is that I can not find how to define a geographic area for targeting. For instance, we want to find our lead target words and phrases through social media, but I only ant hose in the are we actually service which is western Canada. I can not seem to figure out how to do this, or even if it is possible. I did find an online manual and am slowly pouring through that, but I will also go through the video playlist you sent. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it :)
