Inventory on specific date

Dear All,

We need to know the inventory stock status on a specifi date. Can someone guide how it can be possible in dynamcis GP.

    If you want a specific date in the past, we recommend running the HITB report (Historical inventory trial balance, assuming you've done a HITB reset at some point.) and want to know actual quantity AND VALUE as of a specific date.  

    If you only care about the quantity, then you could use the HSSR (Historical stock status report), but note that not all cost adjustments/variances post to the inventory history tabl,e so values on this report may or may not be correct.  Do not use the HSSR report if you want actual 'value' as well.
