Hi,
I'm setting up the Timesheets in the Project Management module of Dynamics AX 2012 R3. I created the Projects, Activities, Categories and assigned the workers to the Projects.
Now when an employee goes to enter a Timesheet she can see the projects that are assigned to her and all the customers. The problem is that I don't want an employee to see all customers but only those that are in her assigned projects.
Example - I have three projects:
- Project 1, Customer A
- Project 2, Customer B
- Project 3, Customer C
Project 2 is assigned to worker Robert. When Robert goes to enter his timesheet he can only see Project 2 (which is correct), but in the Timesheet Line he can also see customers A, B & C (which is not correct) in the Customer drop-down list. I want Robert to see only customer B.
Is there some standard configuration for this or does it require a customization?
