External 1099 Filing Solutions

Last year Terry Heley had a blog post which listed a variety of third party solutions for 1099 Processing.

In this same blog a number of solutions was referenced that could be used for third party 1099 processing including electronic processing. Has anyone here used any of these solutions? How did it go and would you recommend?

Hey Jgarcia,

I have not used any of these personally. When it comes to this, the go to that I have use is Greenshade. It is quick and easy to use.

Hello BJ,

Appreciate the feedback. We've worked with Greenshades before and for the size of some of our clients they seem to be a bit overpriced. Although it is a staple GP add-on, we were looking for some alternatives to see what other options we may have.
