Hi - we are having an issue where automated messages are not being sent to users. When we look to edit the messages, the error message below appears. The function highlighted does not appear in the msdyn_OmniChannelSystemMessage.js and we can't seem to add it. Is there a way to update the file to include the correct configuration?
