Question is not entirely clear, but I try to explain your mentioned Security Roles:

    • System Administrator → Has full access and control over everything in the system.
    • System Customizer → Can configure and customize the system but cannot manage users or security.
    • Salesperson → Can manage their own customers, leads, and opportunities to drive sales.
    • Sales Manager → Can oversee and manage their team’s sales records and performance.
    • Service Representative → Can handle customer support cases and service requests.
    • Service Manager → Can manage and monitor the service team and case operations.
    • Basic User → Can access and work only on records assigned or shared with them.
    • Read-Only User → Can only view data without making any changes.

    Hey.

Please remember that you can add different roles to a single user.  For example
    - Administrator:  System Administrator
    - SalesPerson:  BasicUser + SalesPerson + Sales app Access
    - Manager:  BasicUser + SalesManager + Sales app Access
