We use Dynamics CRM 2013 On-Premise.
For a custom report I was wondering how service appointments are connected to resources or resources connected to service appointments.
I am able to see the entity serviceappointment in the entity list under customization and it has a field called resources. On this field I can select entries from the equipment entity, but when I open up the table serviceAppointmentBase in SQL I cannot find there any field related to resource or equipment.
Any idea how this works? I'm quite confused of it already... :-|
