Hi Everyone,
I am receiving an error when trying to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook; essentially the installer believes that I do not have a required version of Internet Explorer.
However I am running Windows 10, with the latest version of IE, so I believe that something else is going on here!
Here is the full log from the failed installation -

Did the reg edit fix the issue for you? I'm encountering the same issue and have tried amending the registry without any joy.

You could try the solution below.
Go and locate the following Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Version = 9.11.17134.0 in my case
Check the value for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Default
This might be blank, copy the value from Version into this key value and restart your machine.
Try installing Outlook Client for CRM again, issue should be resolved now.
