Hi,
Is it possible to send email to all the members present in the sub grid using an email template?
What I am trying to accomplish is to subscribe users to get an email every time the case is updated

You have to write code for this.

There is no out of box way to achieve this but you can use Workflow Elements to send the details of a view within in workflow.
