    Hi,

When you want to execute plugin?

If the plugin execute create/update event of those two entity records the simpe way you need to get the those three field value  value from post Image.

Once you get those three value you need to retrieve second entity data using query expression or fetch XML with  where  condition of those three value. If you get the result that means you get same set of result. Now Implement the logic what you want with matching value.

    Hi..

You need to register plugin on account  and Location segment create and update event..

Instead of plugin, i will prefer workflow, as you can run manually also.

In both plugin or workflow activity, you need to retrieve values of both entities, compare values and assign user based on configuration entity.

Here are some links for plugin development

    docs.microsoft.com/.../gg328490(v=crm.8)

    and on workflow

    docs.microsoft.com/.../create-custom-workflow-activity

    docs.microsoft.com/.../custom-workflow-activities-workflow-assemblies

also download CRM SDK which will have some sample code for plugin and workflows.

    Hope this will help..
