How can we validate the BOM & what will the effects of same, as we have fetch the BOM vs actual quantity from system but currently system is giving the report from current BOM.

please suggest also if BOM can be saved in system which used during production.

I am not sure I understand your question there seems to be a confusion between BOM and production  BOM/Order

The BOM is copied to create a Production BOM i.e. production order which is just a snap shot of the bom for that one order. You can optionally amend that order BOM without affecting the actual BOM.

The production order shows the BOM components and the planned component quantities needed to make the order quantity .

You issue, i.e. pick, components to the order to record the actual consumption.

There are then reports and analysis screen to analyse the completed order.

The system will not know whether our BOM is valid only the person who created it.

The system can check for circularity i.e.  to ensure that  the parent is not trying to use itself as a component.

The training manuals for BOMs and Production are a good place to start.

    Some links to look at

    BOM (form)

also look  blogs from ebecs etc.
for some deep dives take look at Alex Ankiev's posts.
This is a wide and deep subject and the question suggests you are not ready to use this feature without a lot of prior study/training/testing.
