Our users don't want to enter case origin field in the quick case using dynamics outlook app so we want to auto populate this case origin to email when the case was created from outlook app.
Tried using on load but since app uses case quick create form it also applies in web when users are creating the case.
Is there a way to identify the case was created from outlook app so that I can auto populate this field ?

Hi partner,
The quick create form of Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is not the same as the web.
As shown,
So you only need to add the onLoad event to the "App for Outlook Case Quick Create" form so that you can populate the origin field only in the App for Outlook instead of the web form.
