I understand that Social Listening is purchased through Office 365 and CRM Online, free for 10 users or more of CRM Pro for $65/user.
I also see that on-premise can buy it for each licensed user for $20. HOW?
Most importantly, what about my customers that have 10+ licenses that are hosted/SPLA reported that want Social Listening? If bought as a stand-alone, that would get expensive. Technically it should be free (as CRM Online) or discounted as well (CRM on-premise).
I'd appreciate any help.
