Where can I find the 'Manage Role' option?

I'm trying to modify or add a security role to have access on the model-driven app that we built however I can't see the option 'Manage Role' as shown in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/get-started-with-model-driven-apps-in-powerapps/5-control-security-when-sharing-model-driven-apps

Reason I'm looking for it is because the custom sec role we created is unable to access the app even if the role has already 'Model-driven App' ticked (for Read).

Got it. Thank you so much!

This one was tricky for me as I was already logged in to the organization's URL (Dynamics) and I was using the panel on the left to go to the apps and it's redirecting me to this URL: https://home.dynamics.com/?autolaunch=true

instead of the one similar you showed on your second sshot.

Hi Ed,

Please confirm your url address.

Did you enter the home page of Dynamics 365 like this?

If so, you have gone to the wrong page. You should enter this url:<Your Organization url>/apps in your browser as I mentioned above to enter your app management page.

That's what I'm also trying to do and the 'Manage Role' option in your first screen shot is what I can't find.

Hi Ed,

1. If you want to find "Manage roles" option, you could go to this url:<your Organization url>/apps (like: testCrm.crm.dynamics.com/apps) and you will see all the apps you subscribe to.

Click on "..." icon and then you will be able to find the "Manage Roles".

2. If you want to open the Security roles management, you could open your Crm instance and go to Settings->Security->Security roles. Make sure you have the Customer Administrator permissions.
