HI,
I want to connect a management software database (SQL SERVER) to my Dynamics 365 environment. Is it possible to do this? If so how?

    Yes, you can connect SQL Server to Dynamics 365 using the TDS (Tabular Data Stream) endpoint.
    TDS Endpoint (Read-Only)
    • Enables read-only access to Dataverse (Dynamics 365) data via SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
    • Use it like a regular SQL database: run SELECT queries.
    • Great for reporting, BI tools, or joining with your SQL Server data.
    • Connection string uses the Dataverse environment URL.
    Only available in Dataverse environments, and must be enabled in system settings.
