Hello Experts,
I am very new to dynamics 365, I have no idea on where to start. but i have been given a project to create a booking system using the d365 CRM.
all calendar dates must either be:
1. OPEN/AVAILABLE
2. RESERVED
3. BOOKED .
if date is BOOKED, It must display customer information, requirements etc.
if date is RESERVED, it must display validity of reservation date.
HOW and where do i start?
