When releasing a sales order to wharehouse, the message "Postal code is mandatory", how do I remove this mandatory control?

It depends on the address setup that you have for your country/region.
To solve that go to Organization administration> Global address book> Addresses> Address Setup
and under the Country/Region choose for the country of your customer or destination warehouse in my example its Morocco then click on the adress format.
1 Edit the address format details and make the postal code as data entry only
2 Click on update addresses (it can take a long time depending on the data volume you can run it in batch job)
