
Hi!
We are using D365 Marketing and Customer Voice. However, if I try to access the app under customervoice.micosoft.com it states that I have no permission.
My question: Do I need to configure andy specific security roles? Or do I need to add a license to a user since I thought every D365 Marketing user automatically receives access to customer voice.
I am aware that there is the project owner security role, yet this is for the surveys and the environments I cant event access the application.
