I need to configure Hierarchy for Customer in Dynamics 365 and below listed are the requirement.
Organization: Main Org
Branches : BLR, DEL, MUM, HYD, TPR, etc…
Product VPs: DA, IS, FI, ES
Scenarios:
- Management should have a complete visibility on all product heads transactions.
- Each product head should have only his data visibility.
- Each Product Head has multiple Branch Managers to report for his product transactions
- Single branch manager can work in multiple branches
- Branch Manager is reporting to multiple Product Heads.
- Branch Manager can see only his and his team transactions.
- Branch team member are working in different branches and reports to multiple branch managers
- Sales Co-coordinator will place an order for multiple product heads transactions and reports to respective product heads.
