All our views are not showing lookup links since yesterday and after checking it is found that all Canada region CRM instances are affected. (https://...crm3.dynamics.com)

How to fix this?
You should raise Microsoft ticket to get it fixed by them. Clearly this is a bug.
Meanwhile have you tried from different browser and different user?

This is a confirmed bug from MSFT. We have put in a ticket and they have been able to apply an upgrade to our environments to bring back the links. They have indicated the fix is rolling out over the next week or so (I am guessing depending on region).
After the fix they applied we are no longer able to change views in a subgrid, not sure if it's directly caused by their patch or not. The grids have been incredibly buggy for us, we have had 4+ tickets with Microsoft for grid issues in the past month and they all were determined to be bugs that we had to wait for Microsoft to fix.
