Business Process flow not showing (occasionally)

We have a custom BPF on opportunity (and lead) and it is the only active BPF on that entity.

Sometimes, like maybe 1 out of 4 times, when opening an entity form the BPF is not showing. There is an empty space where it is supposed to be showing.

Reloading the page or going back to the list of opportunities and then opening the same opportunity again will always make the BPF show up again..

I ran the javascript Xrm.Page.ui.process.getVisible() and it always returns true even when the BPF is not showing..

What could be wrong??

Server version: 9.1.0000.18647Client version: 1.4.838-2005.4

    Is the target process enabled in App Designer?
    If it is enabled, you can select the target process by switching the process of the opportunity.

    BPF is loaded asynchronously. What could be happening is other asynchronous processes are long running or preventing it from opening. Weird stuff like this can happen when internet security software blocks scripts on forms. Whitelist your d365 URL.

    Also, try different browsers--you may find this happens more in one browser or the other, especially if users are on an older version.
