How to configure a MT940 format through GER configuration

We have tried to import the format as per the guidelines in MS Docs but,
we are not sure whether we are missing any steps in between or not but we are getting an Model Mapping error when tried to import the file.

I request for suggestions on how to configure or if any alternate solution exist.
