D365 FO Subscription billing

After enabling the Subscription billing under feature management, I still don't see the Module "Subscription billing" under Modules.
 
Does this module require additional license?
 
nb; in my sandbox environment I saw the module immediately after enabling

    Hi,
     
    we also enabled it for testing in our sandbox, but not on PROD. I guess you are Sys Admin, so permissions shouldnt be an issue.
     
    Not sure if it is possible to enable the feature without disabling Revenue recognition.

    I did disable revenue recognition module/ feature as instructed from MS before enabling Subscription Billing. So it can't be that.
