Website not populating

I'm new to Dynamics 365 and is attempting to use the Portal Records Mover plugin in XRM Toolbox too move records (in my case WebFiles including Notes) from one environment to another . For some reason the [Get records from website] drop down does no populate with any records. Any idea what the issue might be or what I can do/try to resolve this ? See attached screenshot.

Maybe start by upgrading your XrmToolBox to latest version, what you are showing is an older version of the tool.

Hi,

You need to click on Load Entities in order to get the website.

Thanks for the reply Ravi, but I get the below error when clicking on the Load items button and have no idea how to resolve it.
