Remove a product from sales order

Posted on by 70

Hello,

I want to be able to remove a product for salesorder for a time period.

I try to use "Retired" button : Product are not available in a new salesorder but I can't reactivate the product (seems to be an expected behavior for MS)

I try to find a view where I can't play with filters to show only specific product in a salesorder but views seems to be not available to filter product.

Do you have a solution to help me please ?

Thanks

    Hello,

My products com from another external source with interface and are linked to a family.

    That's why I can't recreate them.

    Hi Franck Blanchard,

When you want to retire a product, you need to make sure it doesn't belong to a family, otherwise the product will not reactivate. You may need to recreate a product with the same attributes.

(Products or bundles can't be deleted if they are associated with an existing quote, order, or invoice.)(Before you add a product in order, don’t forget adding the product in price list item.)
