Business Rule Set Value or Set Default not working for field of type duration

Posted on by 293

Hi

I have a business rule on a quick create form and I would like to set a field of type duration to a certain value. The business rule is being executed because when I use the action "Set Visibility = No", it hides the field correctly. However, if I instead use the action "Set default" or "Set Value", they are being ignored. This is an example of what I have on the business rule, 480 minutes should display as 8 hours.

However on the application it looks like 1 hour

Do you know what the problem is?

Thanks

Teresa

    Hi Tessacq

Duration is linked to start and end time.  You will probably have to set those at the same time.
