Multiple pre-payments made by a client

Hi, 
 
Multiple pre-payments (2) are made by a client for one of his invoices.
 
i want to make two pre-payments in the system (2 lines to be shown) rather than just modifying the amount of the first pre-payment to include the second.
 
Is that possible on D365 FO and how please ?

    Are we talking about Vendor or customer prepayments and against sales order or purchase order?
     
    If purchase order you can create two prepayment invoice?
     
    If sales then which feature you are using? Are you using latest 10.0.41 feature which is in preview?
