Dynamics 365 V8.2 Specific user Incident Form Loading take time

Posted on by 80

MS Dynamics 365 On-Premises, V-8.2
2 specific users are facing an issue, when they open incident record it's take 7 to 14 secs on record opening.

Only on Incident entity user have this problem, on other entities work fine.

I have tested same role on another user, for that user it works fine.
I have updated the user UI settings and set it's recently viewed to null, but still same issue.

Any one have idea about this problem?

    Hi Wei,

    Issue is resolved.

    Followed following steps:

    1. Cleared browser all cache and sessions. (because onload system get cached data and saved in to RecentlyViewedXml).

    2. Run query to null the RecentlyViewedXml value.

    Hi Wei,

Only Case entity is taking time, other entities are working fine.

    for other users work fine.

Just only 2 users are facing this issue only on Case Entity, and they have manager role permission.

    Thanks

    Hi,

do you have any JS is running during onload event? If yes, could you try to disable it first?
