SSRS Report Generates Blank Second Page - D365 F&O Custom Report

Hi everyone,

I have a custom SSRS report in D365 F&O that always prints 2 pages, where the second page is completely blank.

Here are my current settings:

- Paper size: A4, Landscape

- Page Width: 29.7cm, Height: 21cm

- All margins: 0cm (Left, Right, Top, Bottom)

- Body Size: 29.09568cm width x 16cm height

The report content fits fine on page 1 with no overflow. I already tried reducing the body width but the blank second page persists.

What could be causing the blank second page, and how can I fix it?

Hi @Raed Salah Bzour

Can you please reduce the grid size from the report design page. I think that is causing the issue.

Please remove one or 2 coulums and see whether empty page is printing or not. If it's not printing the issue is related to report grid.

Hi Subra,

The issue appeared after adding a column to the grid; However, I have to keep the grid as Is.

As you can see in the second pic its perfect aligned with the page, but the second white page is something mysterious.

Please reduce the size for other colums and fit all the required column within the size and reduce the size for other columns to match that.

Please remove the header as well like entire column.

To be clear, the report layout was working 100% with full width, after adding a new column and adjusting the width and the height of the report and the body, this issue occurred.

And the second page is totally blank as following:

Hi @Raed Salah Bzour

To fit the new columns, we have to adjust existing columns in your report. so that there won't be any additional blank page.

This issue is due to page body is covering more area then print page size.
