Duplicate records written to BYOD with custom entity

I'm having an issue with a custom entity exporting duplicate records from the GeneralJournalAccountingEntry table. This suddenly started after release 10.0.18 but I'm not sure that this is the cause. The strange thing is that I've tried dropping the entity, republishing and setting change tracking, then reloading the entity. Several incremental runs occurs afterwards, then duplicates records starts to write to the BYOD table. Has anyone experienced this issue? Could this be related to staging tables as there are over 275,000,000 records being exported.

Hi Ricky,

I would recommend you refresh the entity list, and clean up staging table before retry. If issue persists, you may raise a support ticket to MS since issue could be complex and need time to troubleshoot.
