email feedback looping in D365 Marketing

Hi All,

Where to find Email Feedback Looping metric in D365 marketing and how to enable if it nor by default turn on?

If there is no such thing called "Email Feedback Looping metric" in D365 Marketing, can anyone suggest me any tool that could help me to get those details from D365 Marketing to retrieve Report as Spam Details in D365 Marketing

    Dynamics 365 Marketing keeps track of the way your contacts react to your marketing initiatives and provides detailed analytical views to help you understand your impact and learn what works best.

    To view email insights, go to Marketing > Marketing execution > Marketing emails, select an email message, and then open its Insights tab.
