When they run a report in MR - Ii is dropping off part of the account - a couple are new, some have not been user for 6 or 8 months - we rebuilt the Datamart but did not help

It looks like the description for those accounts are missing. Do they have a description on the Account Card in GP? That's where MR would be reading that from.

If these accounts do not have anything posted, and your report is set to included posted and unposted, the account description would be missing. Once something is posted, the description will appear.

The account description is in GP - some of those accounts are new, some have not been used for 6 or 8 months - we rebuilt the DDM with no luck - my next step is to create a new row definition to see if the other one is corrupted
