I am trying to edit the worker review in Human Resources workflow so I can add a mid-year review all in the same workflow.
In the workflow editor I created an "Approve Review" (by the name already know this is not what I want, still this is the best option that I have available) from the Toolbox with two Steps, one for when the employee submits the review the workflow goes to the manager so he can approve, and the other one so the workflow gets assigned to the employee and he can update and keep track until the final year submission were should be able to submit again for a final year approval.
Problem is the action submit in contained in the "Start" of the workflow. And I can't replicate it anywhere on the workflow, I tried to check the properties of the "Start" but they are blank.
The action "submit" in contained in the "Start" of the workflow and I can't replicate it anywhere on the workflow. So the employee never as the same access to their review like he had in the first half of the year. Is there a way to solve this?
I also thought about doing this process in two parts, first a workflow just for the first part and then another one for the second part but I dont know how the "Worker review" is connected to the reviews, probably using the ID 000191, still I don't know where I can change this. If I knew I could investigate if I can assign more than one workflow to the Review process. So far I only know you can enable/disable the workflow in "Review Types".
