Deployment of a Trial environment

Hello fellow Talent profesionals,

I am currently trying to deploy a D365 for Talent Trial environment for a interested customer via trials.dynamics.com into their existing Tenant.

Every time I try to deploy I'm running into this error message.

Has anybody an idea what could cause the problem here?

The only thing that changes is that 10 talent licenses were added to our Tenant.

    How do you deploy it? Does the environment still exist? Are you deploying the Dynamic365 human resource?

    Hi Erik,

    When you continue having this issue, have you tried to clear browser caching or the InPrivate mode?

    I do assume you used your work email as the licenses were added to your tenant.

    I try to deploy the environment via the Website https://trials.dynamics.com.

    After I've entered my credentials I get the following error after a few minutes.

    The environment isn't getting deployed therefore I cannot see one e.g. Power Platform Admin Center.

    Do you have any idea what could cause the problem?

    Hi André,

    I've tried it several times from a clean browser, different browsers and on different machines. Also several colleagues tried it with their work e-mails.

    Yes, I've used my work e-mail and then 10000 Dynamics 365 for Talent licenses got added to our tenant and my User got assigned one.

    Could it be that something is wrong with our O365 tenant?

    Hi Erik,

    I would suggest to log an incident for Microsoft Support, so that they can investigate what would be the culprit here. I don't have issues to login on my current existing trial environment.

    Hi André,

    I had a call with the Dynamics Support regarding this issue.

    The support engineer advised to navigate to the following URL: signin.hr.talent.dynamics.com

    Afer I logged in with my e-mail address, I was redirected to the Talent Trial environment active for my account.
