I would like to bulk close multiple opportunities at once and update their status to 'lost' in one shot as well as the 'reason code' to indicate why they were lost (e.g. due to pricing). I therefore created a field 'reason code' on the opportunity close entity. When setting up the workflow for bulk closure though, I am not able to define in the properties the 'reason code'... Can anyone tell me how I could solve this and make sure that this field can be defined in the workflow as well?
