Editing Resource Assignment Hours

Hi there,

I am playing around in our sandbox Project Operations environment to find some of the differences compared to our existing PSA environment. One thing I noticed, is that I cannot manually update the hours on the "Resource Assignment" tab within Project Operations, while I can manually update hours within PSA.

Anybody know how I can update this grid so I can spread out the hours more accurately instead of how it shows 39 hours for one day?

jaydee23 this is a parity gap with PSA that is on the product team's backlog.

Hi Antti,

So as of today, we cannot make edits into the Resource Assignment Hours directly in Project Operations, but this feature is on their backlog to include this as this feature is currently available in PSA?

jaydee23 that's correct.

A lot of the parity gaps have to do with schedulable tables and the way Project for the web works.

Brining this back up as a priority. I just implemented Project Operations and this is a big deal. I am surprised the Microsoft is saying that this product is ready for General Release without having the ability to assign hours to resources by task and edit those. This is a MAJOR gap!!!! Please prioritize this.

Morning all, I still dont see there is a solution to this challenge, other than adding separated tasks for each resource of course. Any other ideas out there?
