I am using few fields in my form which are repeated in different sections of the same form.
I am getting error like below:

Hi,
This is a known issues. Portals will not work as expected if you add the same field more than once. I had this issue before and ended up creating a new field instead of reusing it.

Obviously the other options is to not use the same field in the form twice.
you can refer to below links, it seems this is a bug, if your version matched the below link version. Kindly raise a support ticket to Microsoft.
