I know Microsoft will no longer support the dialog box in the near future. However, we are still in the process of rebuilding and we still want to make a change to the current / old dialog.
In the dialog we have a Prompt and repsons lookup field ('' Request type ''). I have two questions about this:
1. The application form contains the field '' Type of application ''. This field is filled in to trigger the dialog. In the dialog box, the field is shown again to check whether the content is correct. However, CRM does not take over the value that is filled on the form (not even after saving the form with the value in it). How can you show the value of the field on the form for a Prompt and response lookup field?
2. How is it possible to make fields on the dialog mandatory? The goal is that a user is then required to fill in all fields before closing the dialog box. We don't want that the field is required in the form.
