Batch Job stuck in executing status but dooesn't execute class logic

Hi all,
I have created a batch job executing class wich is implemented to insert a record in table every two minutes (just for testing), the job is created fine and goes from waiting to executing status but stuck there and don't execute any logic.
I have tried to run standard batch jobs through running reccurent reports, same problem.
I have found solution for batch jobs not executing but my case is particular because this one goes to executing status.
Has anyone faced this case ?

    Is that class inserting record when you are running manually? Make sure there shouldn't be any deadlock.

    The job might show Executing status, while not necessarily all tasks are running within.

    What do you see in the Batch Tasks, does the job have any tasks with executing status? Check if the tasks' batch group is listed for the batch server.

    You might also want to try debugging batch executing within Visual Studio.
